Air Release Valve summary:When there is no water in the pipe,the floating ball drops down to the full opening position.Air is released from the discharge hole as water coming in,then water can be filled into the pipe immediately.When ther is not any air in the pipe ,water comes into the valve,then the ball floats to the shut-off position.These improve water transporting capacity and efficiency of the pipe system,reduce power consuming. Air is dissolved into water,and then is released fron water continuously when transporting.At this time ,the floating ball drops down,the air is released from the small. Or the air gathered at the top of the pipe can lower the water transporting capacity of the pipe system. When there is negative pressure in the pipe,floating ball drops down,discharge hole is open,and then the valve draws in thr air immediately,so avoid abnormal water supply caused by negative pressure in the pipe. |
